“Medea” for NEPTA’s One-Act Wonders


Take classic Greek Tragedy as told by the Weekly World News and you have Durang and Wasserstein’s hilarious take on an ancient myth. It’s a silly tragedy, an oxymoron... way better than jumbo shrimp or honest politicians.

The Bracken Theatre Company will be performing the comedy “Medea,” by Christopher Durang and Wendy Wasserstein.

The cast includes Alicia Nordstrom, Donna Vojtek, Ilvin Nieves, Kati Sudnick, Jennifer Momenzadeh, Bill Amos, Tim McDermott, Kimmie Wrazien, Kerry Kearns, Eric Van Duzer, and Will Moore, among others.

Costumes and Direction is by Karen Padden.

The Bracken Theatre Company Announces Auditions for David Mamet’s “Glengarry Glen Ross”

WANTED: 7 men for Pulitzer Prize winning play by David Mamet. Must be able to utter a string of obscenities, but have a smooth talking ability to sell anything, even their own mother. Mastery in rapid fire dialogue & ruthless ambition required.
